So as a reminder, the next time you’re new employee is learning a new task, make sure that they really understand the details of the job. If you can lose a thousand dollars or more on one small mistake, you can definitely take an extra ten minutes to explain thoroughly about the details to the employee. This will add great value and decrease the number of errors.
